Trainee Program

The Training Program from Midwest Dry Port S/A has as an objective the formation of young people with potential to get involve with the activities of the company. For this, invests systematically and in a strategic way on the intellectual training of its employees.

Foreseeing to keep the position of the leader of Dry Port in the Midwest of Brazil, the company has as one of its guidelines to form the most competent team in the operationalization of logistics from the Trade Commerce. This is why the company understands that the attraction and the investment on young people is an integrant part of such strategy.

Requisites:
- Being studying a professional technical level or superior;
- Having English and Spanish knowledge;
- Micro-informatics user;
- Show these skills: team work, flexibility, initiative, creativity, orientation for the change and the focus as a result.
The hiring of the trainees is done in partnership with the Euvaldo Lodi Institute, of the Industry System - CNI, SESI and SENAI.
