For the general policies and guidelines definition there is an Administrative Council created by the partners and by the Superintendence. The Superintendent is the legal representative of the company, also acting as an interface between the Administrative Council and the Administrative, Judicial and Operational Management and the Commercial Trade Supervision.

At the forefront of the Superintendence there is the executive Mr. Edson Tavares, who participated of all the Customs Station introduction process. The Superintendence is responsible for the execution of the business strategy defined through the Administrative Council, for the planning elaboration and projects and for the operational and financial performance of the company.
